Yes. We guarantee that the vehicle that you selected during the reservation process will be the exact supercar that you receive.
Yes. As long as you reserve it for 24hrs, you’re good to go! We specialize in renting luxury cars for special occasions, which usually only requires the rental for a day.
That depends on your insurance. If you carry a full coverage insurance policy (comp, collision, and liability), your insurance covers you even when you rent an exotic car. However, some smaller insurance companies do not offer transferable coverage limits to rental vehicles. Call your provider, and they should be able to tell you about your coverage limits.
We’ll occasionally find minor scrapes and dents on our vehicles when they’re returned. Because these repairs are minor and can be fixed relatively inexpensively, we’ll bill you directly. We go through your insurance as a last resort.
Yes. The deposit amount varies per car. We’ll place a hold on your credit card during the rental period, which will be released when the vehicle is returned with no issues.
Yes. We understand that emergencies occur or plans change. You can cancel for 10% of the rental cost, as we lose the day of rental income when you cancel.
Each exotic car has an allotted number of miles that is included in the daily rental fee. This varies based on the vehicle.
As with the mileage allotment, it will vary per rental.

We love your furry friends, but they aren’t allowed in our rentals.
No. Please do not smoke in our vehicles. If we notice a rental is returned with the scent of cigarettes or cigars, you may be subject to additional charges.
If ticketed while in an SD Exotics vehicle, you will be responsible for costs, tolls, penalties, or fees. We will make sure to contact you and ask you to pay for the ticket.
Yes, as long as you meet all of the rental requirements.
We know you’re busy, so we’re as flexible as possible. You can pick it up and drop it off Monday-Friday from 7 am-8 pm at our showroom in Point Loma, San Diego. Or, we can drop it off to you and pick it up from you.
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Under some circumstances we accept cash.
Yes. Please arrive up to 20 minutes before your rental start time to fill out waivers and do a walkthrough of the vehicle.

No. All payment cards must have a chip and be attached to a bank account matching the name on your rental agreement.
Yes. But reserving a car in advance requires deposit up front with a credit card. You can then pay with cash at the time of pickup for the full amount.

No. All you need is existing car insurance, a driver’s license, and a credit card.
Most of our cars use factory stock carbon ceramic racing brakes. The reason they squeak is because they perform best when they are hot (usually on a racetrack).
Since our cars are used on everyday roads, the brake pads are much cooler and thus squeak louder than usual.
Once we have verified that the vehicle you selected is available on the dates requested and we have verified your documentations, we will send you a Confirmation Email with a payment link to charge your credit card for the full rental amount. This confirmation serves as a guarantee for your reservation.
